Our Truck Mounted Cleaning Process Keeps Your Carpet Looking Great!
Pre-Inspection
Every great carpet cleaning starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, and soiling conditions. He will also advise you on expectations with respect to spots, stains etc and the responsiveness of your carpet.
Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove bonded dry soil. This is in addition to the vacuuming that takes place throughout the entire cleaning process.
Furniture Moving
Per your instructions, sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved with carpet gliders. All furniture will be protected using disposable blocks and tabs as needed.*
Carpet Prep
All carpet will be pre-conditioned with our safe emulsifier and any spots which may be of concern will be pre-spotted to provide best chance of removal.
Edging & Baseboards
All carpet areas around walls and furniture left in place will be safely cleaned with a traditional wand. All baseboards will be sprayed, cleaned and wiped down removed any dust and debris.
Extract & Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our truck mounted carpet cleaning hot water extraction process will thoroughly rinse the carpet fiber. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. We take it one step further by using a 360i Rotary Extractor ensuring the carpet fibers are cleaned in every direction, a process few companies implement. We rinse with specially treated water at temperatures ranging between 110-220 degrees depending on the fiber content and soiling condition. This step also improves your air quality by removing the pollen, pollutants, and dust mites, etc. from the carpet.
Neutralize
Every carpet that we clean is rinsed with a PH balanced product so that there is never a sticky residue left behind. (This is a very important step that is often overlooked by other cleaners)
Post Spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed after a thorough cleaning. Note: This excludes permanent stains that are identified by our service technician in the pre-inspection.
Water Based Carpet Protector
(Optional but Recommended) Carpets protected with water based carpet protector last longer, clean up easier and stay cleaner longer.
Speed Dry
High velocity air movers will be placed in the room to speed dry the carpet.
Post Grooming
The carpet pile is set in an up position for faster drying and a better visual appeal.
Post Inspection
The customer and our service technician will walk through all cleaned areas to ensure the customer is pleased with the work before signing our service invoice.
Before Your Carpeting is Cleaned…
Please remove breakables and knick-knacks from tables and other pieces that will be moved by our crew. If there is a large amount of small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. please remove these items if you want the carpet cleaned in these areas.
After Your Carpeting is Cleaned…
- We provide you with FREE shoe covers. Just slip them over your shoes to protect your freshly cleaned carpet.
- Be careful walking from carpet to hard surfaces! Floors can be very slippery.
- Keep pets and children off of carpet for at least 3-5 hours.
- Leave blocks and tabs for 24-hours after carpet is cleaned.
