Anna and Marc are exceptionally customer service oriented. They are extremely accommodating with the scheduling, and they are prompt and responsive. Their prices are more than fair, and Mark treated my home like it was his own. My carpets are like new after each cleaning and with minimal inconvenience to me and my family. I will only use Hawkeye Carpet Care and encourage everyone to do the same.

If an accident occurs within 1 year of cleaning we just ask that you first clean it with the spotter given to you by our technician. If the spot or spill remains, call us and we will remove it Free of Charge. That's it, no fine print - Now that's a Warranty.
